We bake our bread fresh daily. The salsa and sauces served at Oaxaca are prepared from nature’s finest ingredients – garden and orchard grown. Our famous Mexican Specialties are made daily from scratch from the finest blue corn found on Native American plains of New Mexico and the flavors of premium aged domestic cheeses. Of course we use only select Belgian chocolate in our renowned desserts.
