We bake our bread fresh daily. The salsa and sauces served at Oaxaca are prepared from nature’s finest ingredients – garden and orchard grown. Our famous Mexican Specialties are made daily from scratch from the finest blue corn found on Native American plains of New Mexico and the flavors of premium aged domestic cheeses. Of course we use only select Belgian chocolate in our renowned desserts. The menu is planned by our Registered Dietician, so if you’re in the mood traditional Mexican food, or more modern Mexican eats, come down and “Dine to Your Heart’s Content.”™
Republic Tequila Tasting Dinner 2012

The night of March 8th preapre to feast on one of the best Tasting Dinners to come to Sedona! The brothers from Austin will be back to share new tastes, new flavors and a tequila filled drink or two. This will be the fourth Republic Tequila Tasting dinner at Oaxaca bringing some very unique tastes to Sedona.
Tickets will be available the evening of the event, as long as seats are available, for $60 per-person. Purchase your tickets now with the use of PayPal or credit card for only $50 per-person and make sure you get a seat. Dinner starts at 6pm.

Yellow corn tortillas topped with eggs, cheddar and jack cheese, smothered with Spanish sauce
RED ROCK ENCHILADAS
An overstuffed cheese enchilada, filled with avocado slices and sour cream, covered with enchilada sauce and melted cheese
BLUE CORN ENCHILADAS
With your choice of cheese, shredded chicken, beef or spinach

Shredded beef or spicy chicken with cilantro and chilies, rolled in corn tortillas, served crispy with guacamole and sour cream
CHILE RELLENO
An oversized poblano chile hand stuffed with cheddar and jack cheese, lightly battered and fried, covered with Spanish sauce
CHIMICHANGA
A crispy burrito filled with choice of spicy beef, pork or chicken, covered with a mild green chile sauce and melted cheese, served with sour cream and guacamole

With spicy beef and bean chili or pork adobo, shredded cheese, olives and onions, garnished with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream
